Designers are a bunch of DOUCHBAGS!!! Red Feet, Reborns look-alike, F_ck Why do they LUV Red feet so much! I wish Kunio Okawara was involved with the design.

I hate them for this. I really, really do. And it matched Espadia before so much, too. I lost my swords couple .
I'll have to double check my PG 00 gundam construction manual sometime to be sure, but according to the design chart, data from the prototype ribbons gundam (basically the same but without the transformation gimmick or twin drive system) was used to create the Quan(T) so that would be where the design elements would come from.
If you want really weird, the Raphael gundam used data from the Gadessa!
I qant stand this design myself... too much like its past two predecessors and like you said, unevenly balanced. I can see the model might suck >_> As for the red feet... you're bound to get it even with Okarawara xD. Or even worse... you might get Strike Freedom Qan[T] and we don't want that now do we?
