The comparison below shows how the paint scheme for the new 00 Gundam is brighter and in a sense "cooler" than the first HCM.
The DECALS,MARKING,AND SYMBOLS!!!The decals are just too FSCKING SWEET!!!
Though I have no real care for the O raiser I just think of it as an additional skygrasper to make this HCm more expensive

finally realise why I find the 0-Riser looks so familiar after you mentioned skygrasper. Seriously, I believe the 00 Gundam can live with the 0-Riser. The add-on seemed to be done for just the sake of adding on with any benefits/reason.
